We ship internationally and free of charge.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days, please note longer orders will be mentioned in the product description.

We accept returns – shop with confidence

We understand that buying online can be a little tricky, therefor we offer exchange or full refund in case you’re not satisfied with your order! We’re human, we treat our clients the way we would like to be treated, shop with confidence!

All items pass quality control before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or you are dissatisfied with the product you receive please notify us immediately upon receipt of the product.

If you want exchange or a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange or the refund. 

Items will be accepted in a saleable condition, new as they were sent, with ALL tags attached and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued with 7 days after we have received the shoes.

We do not refund the original shipping fees or the return shipping costs. 

Custom orders are refundable and can be exchange, please contact us within 7 days you recived the product.

Any local taxes or fees enforced by the local authorities  will be covered by the customer.  Please check with your local Customs and Trade authorities regarding additional charges prior to placing an order.
