Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund exchange.
We will issue a refund within 14 days after we have received the shoes.
We will only accept returns on items which are in a saleable condition, new as they were sent, with ALL tags attached and in their original packaging.
We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: walk.hmshoes]at![gmail.com. quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own guarantee, we recommend that you send the parcel using the cheapest delivery service but includes a tracking number for insurance purposes. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Please note the value as less than $50 to avoid custom delays.
We do not accept items that are sent with EMS or courier services as they incur a fee. Items that will not be sent according our recommendations will not picked up and will be sent back to the sender.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We do not refund the original shipping fees or the return shipping costs.
Please note that for cancelations we may charge up to 10% of the order value.
custom orders are non refundable and can't be exchanged.
